Light beams passing through a biconcave or diverging lens #2

Notice how the rays diverge to the right of the lens. Such lenses create a virtual focus on the left of the lens (same side as object). The virtual focus is found by extending the diverging rays backwards until the intersect. This differs from version #1 in having narrower and more defined light beams.
