Two Black Holes Emitting Gravity Waves #19
A pair of black holes orbiting each other. Space-time around the black holes is distorted and this bends the light. This creates arcs of light called Einstein rings. The background shows a star-forming region in a distant galaxy. As the black holes rotate, they emit gravity waves that distort space-time. The two black holes finally meet with explosive force creating a major ripple in space-time.
