ELECTRIC CIRCUIT parallel
ELECTRIC CIRCUIT parallel1970-01-01T00:00:00+00:00ELECTRIC CIRCUIT parallel: light bulbs (globes or lamps) in parallel. PARALLEL ELECTRIC CIRCUITS have elements arranged side by side (in parallel) along the circuit. The current therefore flows through each element at the same time. If one element i...PT12Shttps://d3e1m60ptf1oym.cloudfront.net/9ccceb72-7828-4a50-a27d-1d0c27b04e98/Electric-circuit-bulbs-parallel-FHD-4-Russell-Kightley_xlarge.jpghttps://d3e1m60ptf1oym.cloudfront.net/9ccceb72-7828-4a50-a27d-1d0c27b04e98/Electric-circuit-bulbs-parallel-FHD-4-Russell-Kightley_mp4_hd_video.mp4https://www.scientific.pictures/-/galleries/physics/-/medias/9ccceb72-7828-4a50-a27d-1d0c27b04e98/pricehttps://www.scientific.pictures/-/galleries/physics/-/medias/9ccceb72-7828-4a50-a27d-1d0c27b04e98/price

Red Shift in Stars

Doppler Effect in light waves emitted from a moving star. Animation shows how the apparent increase in frequency observed in light waves emitted from an approaching star (or conversely a decrease in frequency in light waves emitted from a receding star) happens. This causes a red shift for an observer watching the star recede (left of animation) and a blue shift for an observer watching the star approach (right of animation).
Deakin, Australian Capital Territory, Australia
Animation ID: DOPPLER_STAR_RED_SHIFT_UHD_265
Duration: 0:30
copyright Russell Kightley
Animation resolution: 3840x2160 pixels @ 30.0 fps, ~8.5 Mbits/s
Animation keywords: astronomy, astrophysics, blue, blue-shift, blueshift, compression, doppler, doppler effect, frequency, light, observer, physics, red, red-shift, redshift, shift, sound, source, star, wave-front, waves
