ROYGBIV Block
Beams of light (ROYGBIV) strike an inclined block and are diffracted. The higher frequency (shorter wavelength) colours, like violet, are refracted more. This is the dispersion of light. The rays emerge travelling parallel to each other but fractionally further apart.
